I am grateful for your service as a board member with Color My Outdoors. In the interest of time and consistency, I've created the library below to facilitate your onboarding process and provide you with the knowledge necessary for you to feel confident in your ability to be an advocate and steward of Color My Outdoors. On this page are a collection of short videos and essential documents that will allow you to orient yourself to the organization. In addition to the information provided here, you will be invited to meetings with the Executive Director, Board Chair, and other Board Members. This comprehensive onboarding process is part of Color My Outdoors' strategic plan to create an empowered Board of Directors.
